MFA protects your account by requiring a second layer of authentication to gain access to Ogilvy- protected applications.
When you sign-in to Ogilvy-protected applications, you will need to
enter your Ogilvy credentials and a security code that will be sent
to you via SMS or Microsoft’s authenticator app.
Note:
The code changes every 30 seconds and it is uniquely crafted for
your account.
Once logged in to an Ogilvy-protected application, you may choose
to temporarily (up to 30 days at a time) opt out of the code
requirement on the device currently being used. It is important to
only opt out of the code requirement for machines you personally
own or have been issued to you by the company.
Note:
You will always be required to enter your password when accessing
Ogilvy-protected applications.
The next time you log in to any Ogilvy-protected application you will be required to enter the code that appears within the Microsoft Authenticator application.
